Why does everyone get so hung up on being politically correct around the holidays? It seems everything offends everyone. You can't say Merry Christmas anymore? It has to be Happy Holidays? (The thousands of Americans who lost their jobs aren't very happy...that's so disrepectful to tell them their happy, right?) How about Seasons Greetings? I think I'll just go around telling everyone "seasons greetings." Doesn't that just mean hello anyway? It's during the "season", and your greeting someone...I don't know. There are many different cultures, religions, ideas in this country and I respect all of them. In fact, most people respect beliefs different than their own. I doubt that if you tell a Jewish person "Merry Christmas" they will yell at you and say "HOW DARE YOU?! I'M JEWISH!!" And then throw their Tanakh at you. My point is, I'm going to say Merry Christmas, and you can say Happy Kwanza, and we can all get along, right? It seems like living in a place that is supposed to be tolerant of all, we sure care a lot about making everything so neutral. Let's celebrate together and all be merry, no matter what you are doing during the holiday season.

You say Christmas, I saw Diwali - potato, tomato .... blah blah blah - people take it too seriously, I agree! I'm Hindu and put up a Xmas tree every year ... leave and milk and cookies for Santa ... and Jesus.
