Workin Hard For The Money

I was reading an article on CNN about how more and more teenagers are trafficking drugs from Mexico for lotsa cash. Danny Santos made 50K doing it...this is Danny to the right. He wants to be a boxer now. The article delves deep into how the drug cartels get kids to do their dirty work...um, money? Duh. These teenagers are usually hired only to smuggle drug loads across the border. Danny says he did about 20 runs...which means you can make about 2,500 per run. Hmmm...When I was in high school, my guy friend told me I'd be a good smuggler because I looked innocent. He also told me I looked like his cocker spaniel, Theo. I think I'll stick to blogging, seems too risky. Plus, I'm not a good liar. If they asked if I had anything illegal, I'd probably just say, yeah...yeah, I do.
