Former host of Shear Design on BRAVO (I realize I'm probably the only person who watched it) and wife of Matthew McConaughey looked divine last night at The Oscars. Her dress reminds me a lil of my wedding dress. But in stark white. And for those of you wondering, I have ZERO cleavage. So, it didn't look too risque for a wedding, promise.

Sorry Charlie

I'm sure y'all have heard and seen the disaster that is Charlie Sheen as of late. (Calling people 'turds!' That's just disgusting) Now he wants 3 million bucks per episode to return to 2 1/2 Men. Uh, okay. Rumor has it that Les Moonves (who runs CBS) is in talks with John Stamos to take Mr. Sheen's place. He wouldn't play his character but rather a new main character...I think it could work. I like me some John Stamos. Remember when he flew all night to Australia and then went directly on a talk show drunky?! High-larious.

James & Anne

What did you think about the James and Anne hosting job last night? I thought Anne was high-spirited and giggly, uh, because she had to be and I thought James may've been stoned. Just saying. The most amazing feat for me was how Rachel Zoe's team changed Anne into 5 or 6 different gowns during commercial breaks. Pretty good. Different hair, flawless makeup and Anne didn't even break a sweat. I think I was expecting more so I wasn't too excited about the outcome. Oh well. I'm sure it's hard to host The Oscars.

Reese's Hair

I'm probably going to get some crap for this, but, I DID NOT like Reese's hair last night. Who did that to her?! Her Armani Prive strapless gown I adored. She looked fantastic in it. However, the pony was not cool. It looked like someone went to the mall and bought a buncha hair pieces from the cheesy kiosk with all the fake hair and glitter. Do you know what I'm talking about? I love a good pony, but, at least try to match it up correctly and make it look a skosh un-fake like. That's all. She looks like a doll, literally. If you cut her hair and pull her arm down does her hair grow back?

Big Winners

More to come on the fashion I loved and hated last night. There were both, trust. Pictured are the "Best" acting winners. Unfortunately, I haven't seen The Fighter, Black Swan, or The King's Speech, but, I will soon. Along with a few documentaries I can't wait to see. I thought Natalie looked sweet and it was a great color on her. Fun fact, Rodarte designed her dress and she is close friends with the designers Laura and Kate Mulleavy. Which, I love. Keep it in the family. Also, not sure how many people loved Melissa Leo's dress, but, I thought it was fantastic. Elegant, sparkly, and she looked like she felt good, which is most important. The boys looked decent. I can tell if your suit fits, but, other than that, not too critical of the men. Because they can only be 'so' interesting. Congrats.

Grammer Wedding

Just married. 55 year-old Kelsey Grammer and 29 year-old Kayte Walsh. Congrats you two kids. Make sure to catch Kelsey's ex-wife, Camille Grammer as a red carpet correspondent on CNN Sunday for the Oscars. I know, I  know, CNN and Camille Grammer in the same sentence. It's shocking.

This Weeks Tabloids

The tabloids this week. I hate them. I really do. PEOPLE Mag I don't have a problem with. Fine, Kate's wedding secrets which I'm sure will include the uber interesting tidbit that she will be arriving via vehicle instead of the traditional carriage. Don't worry, they are leaving in a carriage, so, you'll have your royal moment. Life & Style put Natalie Portman and KIM ZOLCIAK on the cover preo?! Kim and Natalie on the same cover? WHAT? Disgusting. US Weekly is driving a family further apart by overly discussing Billy Ray's idiotic comments about Hannah Montana, er, Miley. Stop Billy while your ahead, okay? And, Kendra in OK! Running to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Complete with the chub picture. Eh. You don't lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by lightly jogging around your neighborhood. For crying out loud! Oh the rags, I'm acutally disappointed in them this week. Mainly Life & Style for burning that image in my brain which I am unable to take out.

Guilty

I'm guilty of singing along to T-Swift like any other girl (or boy) in America, but, I'm a skosh annoyed. She is definitely a publicity-lovin-girlfriend-wanna bein celebrity seeker pretty lady. No offense Tay, just sayin. Here she is with Chord Overstreet at a hockey game last night.

Filming Gossip

I've purposely missed an entire season of Gossip Girl. Well, after missing the first 3 episodes by accident, I didn't want to jump in and miss any of the glorious-ness that is GG. So, now, I must get my unsatisfactory fill from pics online. Lame, I know.

This Pic Is Royal

The future King and Queen look chic, royal, and all they should look. Prince William and his fiancée Kate Middleton kept the public appearances coming this morning with a stop at their alma mater, St. Andrew's University, in Scotland. Now, when I took the hubby to Ball State University in Muncie Indiana we went to my old place of employment, MT Cup and drank coffee, so, kinda like these two.

An Awesome GLEE Moment

If only GLEE were around when I was in high school. Anyway, last night Rachel Barry threw a house party in her "dads Oscar Room/basement" which was complete with a stage. I thought it was the most brilliant idea ever. I could put on, say, 3 musicals a day with my OWN STAGE! I'm currently trying to talk Lee into it, but, thus far it's a no go. Maybe just a karaoke machine?

Natalie On Sunday

I am excited to see what Natalie will be wearing this Sunday at The Oscars. I might even watch the telecast of the actual show because I think Annie H and James F will be glorious hosts. Natalie will be glam and prego. Love that.

Rumor has it that Kate and Jon are getting back together?! Come again? Uh, here is what I think: disaster. Think about your kids for once. However, are they both fame whorey folks who miss the limelight? Ding ding ding. Sign em up. TLC would put them right back on the TV and then Jon wouldn't have to do the 'real job' anymore. New Series

On Cynopsis Today: ABC negotiating with Christina Ricci to star in the network's period series Pan Am, set in the 1960s, reports THR.  Sony Pictures Television is behind the primetime drama soap about pilots and flight attendants who worked for the iconic airline. Jack Orman wrote the script and will executive produce.  To date, Australian actress Margot Robbie was cast as a flight attendant along with Michael Mosley as one of the pilots.

Royal Wedding

I can't figure out if America is fascinated with this wedding because it's a glamorous affair with two beautiful people...or if it's just because everyone is talking about it?! You can't watch a morning news show without a mention of Kate or William. I am excited to see her dress and I will watch it I suppose. It is 11am in London, primetime viewing in America. No getting up at 3am like the country did for Diana. Those Brits are thoughtful.

Rachel's Bump!

Rachel is dressing Anne Hathaway this weekend, which, is a big job and per usual will be full of drama necessary or not. She does look like one fierce pregnant lady. One of my co-worker's (equally fierce and our weather woman) did the newscast Sunday night and then had her baby 5 hours later! Now, that's impressive.

Rush Limbaugh Is An Idiot

Have you heard the latest idiotic statements this d-bag made? He had this to say about Michelle Obama on his show today :

"The problem is, and dare I say this, it doesn't look like Michelle Obama follows her own nutritionary, dietary advice. And then we hear that she's out eating ribs at 1,500 calories a serving with 141 grams of fat per serving...I'm trying to say that our First Lady does not project the image of women that you might see on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue or of a woman Alex Rodriguez might date every six months or what have you."

Wow. Michelle Obama is trying to raise awareness about healthy and mindful eating. She can eat ribs if she wants. To call her a hypocrite is saying she specifically said "Do not eat ribs. They are disgusting and I would never eat them." Which, I'm pretty sure she has never said. And, the women on the cover of Sports Illustrated our hardly the standard of an American woman eating healthy. Those chicks are freaks. I mean that in a nice way, but, just saying. And who the hell wants to date A-Rod anyway? No thanks. He's saying these things so people will talk about it...and I am. Crap. I'm sure Rush has never said one thing...and then done another anyway. He seems pretty perfect. Puh-lease.
