BRAVO RHBV

So, I've been thinking about BRAVO'S plan to air a Real Housewives of Bev Hills special with all the ladies sans Taylor about the suicide of her husband Russell. Is it disgusting? A little. Will they run PSA's about how suicide is not the answer? Absolutely. 

Anyway, upon digging up info on the BRAVO team and the re-editing of the series to leave out one of the mail story lines of Taylor and Russell's marital problems I came across this site.

Okay, I realize I'm a few days behind on my guzz. But, really Dancing With The Stars?! Nancy Grace?!!! Elisabetta Canalis?!! George Clooney's girlfriend gets a check and essentially a spot on an American TV show for getting to sleep with GC and wear a thong?! WHAT?! She already won a mirror ball trophy: Clooney. And, Nancy Grace, oy vey. Let's just say if she 'falls on her booty' I might laugh a skosh. David Arquette, Carson Kressley, Chaz, and JR Martinez I'm interested in watching actually. Good luck beating JR if he has any rythym whatsoever. Inspirational, that man. Hope Solo and Kristen C are there for the sexy factor...oh and Nancy Grace. She defines sexy. Vom. 

I'm gonna try and watch. Like I do every season.

Oh I'm so glad it's between these 3 ladies for E!'s best dressed this week. I saw Leighton in this outfit a few days ago and loved it. Helen is always sexy and Zoe looks flawless. But, my pick is Miss Leighton in Vera Wang. Mainly because sometimes she can be a hot mess and this is perfection.

Irene

I am saying this realizing that people could lose their homes and weddings are being canceled. But the hubby and I were headed to NYC this weekend. Not anymore. Booo Irene. 

And, realize I just lost some $ on Broadway tickets, not anything that can't be replaced.

The Talk

Well, CBS's The Talk seems to be in some turmoil. And by some, I mean a sh*t ton. 

It started when allegedly Julie Chen had a memo issued 

(her hubby is Les Moonves, CEO of CBS, in case you didn't know) that no other hosts on The Talk could discuss 'news' because she was the only journalist. Huh. 

That doesn't seem like a good way to make friends. 

Leah Remini, Melissa Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne and Holly Robinson Peete were all not happy about the sweet memo and have been all dropping like flies. Sharon left immediately.
Probably because she doesn't NEED the show. 

HRP is out, MG and her wife and mother of their two children just broke up and she is off the show too...and Leah Remini no one could stand anyway. 

I'm exhausted.
Anyway, new hosts are being named to join Julie...and one of them is Kris Jenner. Yup. Kris Jenner. WOW. What in the world CBS? I actually think that she will be relatable..but, my issue is that there are about 2,000 other people that I think could be better. Just sayin.

Still Together

Ashley and JP went out to dinner last night in NYC.

I don't think a lot of people realize how tragic Marilyn's life was. 

It's really an awful, yet somehow strangely triumphant journey she was on.

Also, Maroon 5 and Train did NOT cancel their State Fair concert 

after the horrific tragedy last weekend when the stage at the grandstand collapsed. 

The death toll is currently at 6 as of this morning. 

The concert was last night and all proceeds were donated to the Indiana State Fair Remembrance Fund for the victims. Conseco Fieldhouse also donated the venue.

The other day, one of our friends asks Lee and I if we couldn't do our current jobs

 and could do anything in the world what would it be? 

Took Lee and I two seconds...Lee says "carpenter" and I say "Broadway performer." 

Our friend says 'I just would want to be Beyonce.' 

I didn't know that was an option because obviously it's a brilliant answer. And the right one.

About being a mama:

Russell Armstrong, Taylor's estranged hubby from RH Bev Hills committed suicide. 

So sad. Taylor filed for divorce and he was having financial problems. 

I wonder if he is in any of the episodes this season? 

Probably not anymore. Their poor little girl. So sad.

It's Beyond Tragic

The mood is somber. I'm so sad for the victim's of the Indiana State Fair tragedy and their families. 

The State Fair staff, I can attest, are an amazing group of people and are devastated. 

So sad. I'm not going to post the video because it's been played about 

5,000 times and I can't bear to watch it anymore. 

I'm just so sorry.

I Have A Problem

I'm fascinated with Toddlers & Tiara's. It's a sick, twisted fascination. 

I love all of God's children, uh, but some of these little darlings should be put to sleep. 

Not permanently, I'm not that mean. 

But, honestly, what in the world is going on in these homes?!! 

The parents are responsible for creating these little 'beauty queens.' 

Today, I watched an episode (don't judge me, I can't help it, it's a sick sick world people) 

where a 2 year old got spray tanned by an auto mechanic whom said it was 'just like paintn a car,' and a little girl who told her mother she was a fool, 

oh, and my favorite the mom who let her daughter lay out by the pool 

(for 'natural' beauty..call me when your 20 sweetie) 

and served 'drinks' by their, uh, super straight dad. 

If I ever called my mom a 'fool' I would have not lived to see another day. Honestly. 

Well, it wouldn't have been a good week for me, let's just say. 

But, this mom also likes her daughters 'spunk' and 'fun attitude.' 

Whew! She wouldn't have lasted 2 seconds with my mother. 

This lady also has a purple mini-horse. I can't make this crap up. Sigh.
