While a real life "Big Love" sounds intriguing, I'm slightly annoyed because people's current perception of Utah is that everyone has 5 wives and Mormons have horns. First, polygamists are not Mormons/Latter Day Saints, they are fundamentalist 'Mormons,' which, is different. Second, Salt Lake City is like any other big city, but better in my opinion because it's beyond gorgeous and the weather is amazing. I'm from the midwest, so, amazing is relative. Third, Mormons/LDS folk are actually really nice glorious people. Are you shocked yet? It's crazy, I know. Try to stay with me. I mean, they don't drink coffee, which would be a deal-breaker for me alone, but, that's why they are better than me. Just like my Hindu friends don't eat meat. Must focus, sorry. Back to Sister Wives perpetuating the stereotype in Utah, which, I'm sure it will do, however it does look pretty interesting. Here is an awesome quote from Meri (the legal wife) about their 'sleeping arrangements':
"Christine and Janelle and I each have our own bedrooms, and Kody is welcome in each of those bedrooms. Alone. That's just how it is, we don't go weird."
Oh good. Wouldn't want things to 'get weird.' Ha.
