HISTORY is doing a spin-off series called Rusty Nails based on its reality show Pawn Stars. In Rusty Nails, restoration expert Rick Dale along with his staff and teenage son restores previously trashed articles bringing them back to life. Dale also is owner of Rick's Restorations in Las Vegas, the store where the Pawn Stars' team takes antiques for repair. HISTORY gave the show eight half-hour episodes opening October 25.
Lauren Conrad (The Hills) is due back on MTV in a new reality show. Conrad will star in a docu-series with her aspiring fashion design career as the focus.
CNN Newsroom presents a week-long series, Eatocracy: Mind, Body and Wallet that will focus on healthy eating. The series will take an in-depth look at the diets of Americans, what kids eat in school, food fears, healthy food and food myths and reality. Sounds good. See below for bacon infused guacomole.
