Worst Dressed

     Here's the thing: Helen Bonham Carter dresses like she do on purpose. So, she doesn't count for worst-dressed. She wore two different-colored shoes? Who cares, of course she did. Those who know better make my list. Maybe not J Love, but Halle and Heidi should've done better. That's all.
