She wanted to make sure she didn't forget anyone so she wrote crap on her arm.
Uh, or it's an homage to Angelina Jolie.
Or, it's a song about her latest heartbreak.
Also, there was a high-larious skit with Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, and Eric Stonestreet to the tune of I'm Gonna Love You Forever...but with lyrics about the Kardashians, Tay, and The Beibs. Hilar. I'll try to find it to post for you.
