My first blog post 3 (maybe 4?) years ago was on gay marriage.
I've long been a supporter of equal rights.
Some of my closest friends are gay, but, it goes beyond that.
I've marched and spoke out about the issue because of them...
but also because I find the notion that gay couples don't deserve
the liberties that heterosexual couples have beyond ludicrous.
If you don't support gay marriage: don't marry a gay person.
If you believe this destroys the sanctity of marriage (this is one of my favorite rebuttals)
then make it illegal to get divorced.
I could go on.
