Good for them. 

Tony definitely deserves it...he's been on the show 14 seasons.

And, had to have Kate Gosselin as a partner. 

To me, it seemed like Tony usually got a bunk partner.

He seems like a nice guy...so the producers think 

'let's put Tony with ___, he won't care'

And then he started to get annoyed.

And now they have WON.
