Sunday night's sixth season premiere of The Girls Next Door on E! at 1030p averaged 2.4 million total viewers in addition to delivering a 2.20 rating with A18-34 and a 3.08 rating with W18-34. Following at 11p, the series debut of Leave it to Lamas drew in close to 2 million total viewers as well as posting a 1.41 rating with A18-49 and a 2.88 rating among W18-34.
