seriously, thank you for reading!) left a comment about Miley Cyrus's mom at the Oscars and I'm so glad he/she did!! Because I almost forgot the ridiculousness that was MC's mama. She totes flashed her wing back tats to Ryan Seacrest. I guess that makes Miley seem a little more understood huh? Her mother, the woman who taught her the ways of the universe has angel wing back tats.
