i BOUGHT the book on cleanse that gywnnie talked about on goop.com and it was lame. I couldnt do it at all. i like twix ice cream bars thank you very much!

If by "cleanse" you mean "eaten way too many ice cream sandwiches in one day", then, yes, yes I have. And it didn't make me angry, either.
